Title: Smooth and Tasty Kidney Bean Dip

| 3 | c | Cooked AM Kidney Beans - (1-1/2 cups dried) |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese; OR... |
| 1 | c | -Creamy tofu |
| 1/2 | c | Mild picante sauce |
| 2 | tb | Tamari sauce (optional) |
| 1 | tb | Chili powder |
| 1/2 | c | Green enchilada sauce |
| 1 | ts | Garlic powder |
Blend (in blender or food processor) all ingredients. Serve with fresh vegetable pieces or tortilla chips.
